Brought up in Brittany, Normandy or in “Marennes Oléron”, these oysters are refined in “Claire” from where their name “Fines de Claire”, comes. They take on a sweeter, fruitier flavour from the finishing in the "claires".
Our oysters are farmed by Cadoret, a fifth-generation family business in southern Brittany. On the banks of the Bélon river, the Cadoret family has been farming the region's renowned oysters since 1880.
From the team at Nouri, Fines de Claire 4 and accompaniments, available in portions of 1/2 dozen and 1 dozen. Oysters will be opened and properly packaged for delivery to homes.
